Whatta Scoop!

In Whatta Scoop! you are an ace reporter for a print newpaper, presumably during a time period when both of those things existed.  You are on the hunt for your next big story, and have gotten a hot tip.  Hunt down the evidence, gather witness accounts, and pen a story for the front page.  Choose your reporter, pick your stat number, and hit the beat.  Will you try to sweet-talk your way into the information you need, using a Speak roll, or will you use your keen observational skills to Snoop your way to the evidence?
