Cold Open

Grab your dice, forget session zero, and dive right into the action with this rules-light, generic setting RPG.  Your GM will create a rough sketch of the world, you'll make your characters, and you'll get started.  Show, don't tell, who your characters are and what they think is important.  Will you save the day as a superhero or ruin the day as a evil wizard?  Or maybe just ignore the day, because you've got a bike race tonight.  Or make the day more uncomfortable as you form alliances in your cooking contest reality show.  The possibilities are endless.

Cold Open can be used for one-shot gaming sessions, as a gateway for a larger campaign, or as a way to test a setting to be used in a different system.   Cold open uses the "Powered by the Apocalypse" game system.

Requires two six-sided dice (2d6) and one person acting as the game master.
