No Lore Game System

A roll-under system with stats, powers, gear, weapons, and enemies while having exactly no flavor.  Use with whatever genre, setting, or continuity you like, as long as you roll low.  

Requires a standard set of gaming dice (minus the d20) and at least one player acting as a GM.
